Weekend dates for peak season (April–October) are typically reserved 8–14 months in advance. Weekdays and off-season dates can often be secured 2–4 months out. We'll always tell you the truth about availability.

Yes — private tours are available Tuesday through Saturday by appointment. Tours last about 45 minutes and include the main hall, bridal suite, kitchen and outdoor terrace.

Our venue rental includes tables, chiavari chairs, ivory linens, glassware, china, flatware, on-site coordination, setup and teardown, security and up to 10 hours of event time.

Downstreet Hall offers full in-house catering by our executive chef. Outside caterers are permitted for cultural or dietary reasons with prior approval and a licensing fee.

The main hall seats 400 guests banquet-style, 500 standing cocktail, and 320 with a full dance floor. The garden terrace accommodates an additional 120.

120 on-site parking spaces are complimentary for all events. Valet service is available as an add-on and included in the Signature and Grand Bespoke packages.

A 25% non-refundable deposit secures your date. Balance is due 30 days before your event. Cancellations 90+ days out receive a 50% refund of paid amounts; inside 90 days deposits are retained.

Absolutely — corporate galas, product launches, milestone birthdays, quinceañeras, graduations, memorial receptions and non-profit fundraisers are all part of what we do.

Yes. All public areas including the main hall, restrooms and terrace are wheelchair accessible. We also offer ADA-compliant parking and a dedicated accessible entrance.

Yes — we host ceremony + reception events in a single space with a seamless flip, or across the hall and garden terrace for an outdoor ceremony.
